1. Purpose of the site

This site presents information about experiences and destinations and enables contact to quote personalized trips. Publishing destinations, images, or examples is not a binding offer and does not guarantee availability.

2. Quotes and bookings

Proposals, prices, itineraries, and conditions are confirmed in writing (for example WhatsApp or email) after we review your request. Until there is express confirmation and, where applicable, payment as agreed, there is no firm booking.

Rates, taxes, and availability of hotels, flights, or activities may change without notice until confirmation.

3. Traveler responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, holding valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits), and meeting health or entry requirements for the destination.

4. Third-party suppliers

Some services (hotels, transport, activities) are provided by third parties. VIREK acts as intermediary/organizer according to the scope agreed in each proposal. Cancellation, change, and no-show policies of each supplier apply as stated in your quote.

5. Intellectual property

Trademarks, copy, design, and images on the site belong to VIREK or its licensors. Copying or reusing them without authorization is not permitted.

6. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, VIREK is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or technical interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
